First contact

Your call will be answered by a friendly Simons Moving Services staff member.  We will gather relevant information to ascertain what the move entails and take into consideration any special needs or requests you may have.

Upon request an email will be sent out to you with our details as follows:-

  • Details about making a booking

Making a booking

You can make a booking over the phone or reply via email upon which you will receive a booking confirmation to your email.

A day prior to your move

We can give you a courtesy call to ensure everything is still on track for your moving day if requested.

On the day of your move

One of our friendly movers will give you a courtesy call 15-30 minutes prior to their arrival if requested or in case of delays in traffic.

On arrival, our friendly, moving professionals will all greet you and introduce themselves by name.

We have a systematic approach to our moving process which also considers any special needs or requests you may have.

Simons Moving Service also carry a few moving boxes (portarobes) in our trucks for your convenience.

Breaks  

If the duration of your move is more than five hours, our movers will take a half an hour break for lunch, which you will not be charged for.

Payment

We accept cash or direct transfer upon completion of the job which you will receive a receipt for.
