We have a systematic approach to our moving process. Upon approach, Simons Moving Services removalists will find safe parking and setup safety cones where required for public safety. After greeting you, we will listen to any special requests you may have and begin setting up.
The main areas such as doorways, floors will be protected where necessary. Then all paths will be cleared if they are not already, to ensure we can move in and out of the property as efficiently as possible.
There is an order in which we carry out the removals process.
After loading the truck, your removalists will scan the property with you to make sure nothing has been left behind.
If the duration of your move is more than five hours, our movers will take a half an hour break to eat lunch for which you will not be charged.
Simons movers will then drive to the destination finding the shortest possible route. Having backed into the new property and set up, our removalists will then unload and place your belongings to your instructions. Any other tasks such as assembling can be carried out at this time also.
When all requested tasks are complete, your movers will then provide you with an invoice upon which payment must be made in cash.
